Regionales Essen im November

Im November finde ich auf dem Markt, im Garten oder Supermarkt, folgende Obst und Gemüsesorten: Äpfel, Birnen, Brokkoli, Pilze, Chinakohl, Kartoffeln, Kohlrabi, Kürbis, Rotkohl, Möhren. Poree, Rosenkohl, Balttsalate, Zwiebeln, Sellerie, Wirsing

Nach November schmeckt bei mir:

Wirsingeintopf

Feldsalat mit Birnen und Ziegenkäse

Chinakohlsalat mit mit Orange 

Kürbissuppe

Sellerieschnitzel

Würziger Wirsing

Kartoffelgulasch

Kartoffel – Brokkoli – Auflauf (Unser Lieblings – Restessen)
